To request deletion of personal information held by MAIXORA, email maixora.services@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction, such as the email address used to contact MAIXORA or an order reference if applicable. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Amazon credentials, or one-time verification codes.

MAIXORA may ask for reasonable verification before processing a request. Information may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or other permitted business purposes. MAIXORA will confirm the outcome using the requester's verified contact information.
