Can I place an order on maixorawear.com now?
No. Website checkout is currently unavailable. MAIXORA is not collecting website payments or taxes while checkout remains disabled. You can browse the current catalog, but no website order can be completed.
Can I buy a MAIXORA product on Amazon?
When a verified Buy on Amazon link is shown, it opens an external Amazon product page. Amazon controls the price, availability, payment, delivery, and return terms for an order completed there. MAIXORA does not change Amazon pricing through this website.
How do I choose a hat size?
Measure around your head where the hat will naturally sit, above the eyebrows and ears. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug, then compare the measurement with the size information on the individual product page. See the Size Guide for step-by-step instructions.
Which products appear in the store?
The storefront shows only the current published collection. Future-release, duplicate, and internal audit records are kept out of the storefront.
Why is a color or size unavailable?
Availability is managed by variant. A color or size with no sellable inventory cannot be added to the bag. Availability on Amazon can differ from the inventory shown on this website.
Where will MAIXORA deliver if website checkout is enabled later?
The current shipping policy is limited to the contiguous 48 United States. Any future checkout launch must be verified before orders are accepted. See the Shipping Policy for the current scope.
Who may fulfill a future website order?
MAIXORA may use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and its carrier network after website checkout is enabled and an order is accepted. MCF does not set the Amazon retail price and does not make an Amazon purchase part of a Shopify order.
How would a website return work?
The current Refund Policy applies only to a website order accepted after checkout is enabled. Do not send any return to Amazon or an Amazon fulfillment center unless MAIXORA provides written instructions.
